ST. JOHN AMBULANCE

GRAND PRIOR'S BADGE r Advice has been received from London that His Royal Highness the Duke of Connaught, the Grand Prior of the Order of St. John, has approved of the issue of the Grand Prior's badge to Cadets Elsie Dunn and Joan Sewell, of the National Reserve Cadet Nursing Division. These are the first Grand Prior's cadets jn the Auckland district. Cadet efficiency stripes havo been awarded to the following members of the Papatoetoe Cadet Nursing Division:—Cadets N. McLeod, M. Littler, S. Kirk, J. Littler, R. Boggs and H. Thompson. The Chief Commissioner for the Dominion, Lieutenant-Colonel G. Barclay, has sanctioned the following appointments: —National Reserve Ambulance Division: Corporal J. Henley, to be sergeant; Privates Allan R. Jobson and R. F. Hanna, to be corporals. Mount Albert Ambulance Division: Private J. A. Humphreys, to be divisional secretary; Private F. C. McGeehan, to be divisional treasurer. Onehunga Cadet Ambulance Division: Cadet Corporal Wesley Hayward, to he cadet sergeant; Cadet Trevor G. Wurm, to bo cadet corporal.
