FARMHOUSE BURNED
[from our own correspondent] WHAKATANE. Wednesday A four-roomed farmhouse at OtakiH was completely destroyed by fire at f°"' o'clock this afternoon. Owned, by Mr* Leo Baker, who has only recently coni« to'the district, the house and content' were a total loss, there being a strong wind at the time of the fire.
