DIVORCE GRANTED
On the ground of separation for more than three years, Percy Silvester (Mr. Tuck) sought divorce from Jane Elizabeth Silvester (Mr. Taylor), before Mr. Justice Callan in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr. Taylor asked leave to withdraw the defence that had been filed, stating that after full inquiry the conclusion had been reached that it could not succeed. Leave was granted. A decree nisi, to be made absolute after the expiration of three months, wm granted.
