YOUTH ARRESTED
MAGISTRATE GRANTS REMAND A charge of breaking and entering the dwelling of Ivy Clarice Jenkin, Atkin Avenue, Mission Bay, by day, with intent to commit a crime, was preferred against Russell Hoyden Beard, •aged 17 (Mr. McLiver), who appeared in the Police Court yesterday before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M. He was remanded until October 3. Following an application by Mr. McLiver for the suppression of accused's name, Senior-Detective Hall said accused entered the house on Monday and disturbed an occupant. After leaving the house he was apprehended by I detectives. The application was refused.]
