Ford, at the annual meeting last evening. ft catered also for those who had an ap-? preciatioa of art without attempting to practice it, and also tried to foster an interest in it by the public. The annual report and balancesheet, summaries of which have been published in the Hehald, were adopted. The following officers were President. Mr. C. R. Ford; vice-presi-dents, Sir George Wilson. Sir Cecil Leys, Dr. E. B. Gunson, Messrs. Gilbert Archey, J. F. Ewen, E. S. Kohn,. Oliver Nicholson and H. E. Vail®J auditors, Messrs. Morris, Duncan flB" Gyllies. Messrs. D. J. Payne, H. Torfl* quist, Pascoe Redwood and R. 9; ' Gross were elected to fill four vacancies on the council, of which the W* maining members are Miss 1. G. Eise» and JNlessrs. V. A. Brown, E. W#4* ham and J. Weeks,
