[by TEI-F.GRAPH —OWN correspondent! PUTABURU, Sunday The implementing of the Noxious Weeds Act received a large measure of consideration at a meeting of the Matamata County Council at Tirau. The county's noxious weeds inspector, Mr. H. T. Brill, reported that ;i considerable number of sheep had been brought into the county during; the past three months, and they were obviously becomiug increasingly popular as an assured means of controlling ragwort in badly-infested areas.
