13 OUNCES AT BIRTH THRIVING IN LONDON (Received September 10, 5.45 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 10 A baby boy who, it is claimed, is the lightest in the world—he was only 13 ounces when he was born 11 weeks ago—is doing well under an electricallyheated blanket beside a window in the Infants' Hospital, Westminster.
