Carrying mails and cargo the Port Whangarei is to sail for Nukualofa to-morrow. The Union Company's steamer Waipahi, which is due at Auckland on Tuesday, is to sail from Suva to-morrow. The Kairanga, which arrived from Newcastle and Sydney on Monday, is due to sail for Wellington this afternoon. The Union Company's steamer Omana sailed last night for -Wellington. She will then go to Westport and Greymouth to complete discharge. After completion of loading at Prince's Wharf the Wingatui will sail on Friday afternoon for Wellington. Picton, Lyttelton. Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Poolta sailed for Greymouth last night to load for New Plymouth and Auckland. She will take the cargo at Greymouth formerly consigned to the Kanna. PORT FAIRY TO LOAD The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Fairy is due to arrive at Auckland from New Plymouth on Friday evening. After loading cargo she is expected to sail for London next Wednesday. p WAIRANGT EXPECTED TO-DAY The Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Wairangi is expected at Auckland at 7 a.m. to-day from Wellington. She is scheduled to sail for Southampton and London at 5 p.m. on Saturday. F NARBADA TO SAIL TO-DAY The Union Company's chartered steamer Narbada, which arrived from Calcuttsi on Friday, is due to sail for Wellington this afternoon. She will complete unloading at Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff. r CANADIAN PLANTER ARRIVES The Canadian Planter, which was due to arrive from Montreal at three o'clock yesterday afternoon, did not reach port until 8.40 lost night. Bhe anchored in the stream and will berth at Prince's' Wharf this morning. TANKER NEW ZEALAND The Norwegian tanker New Zealand advice* by wireless that sha expects to a.rrive at Auckland from San Pedro on Sunday afternoon. She will then proceed to Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia. RUAHINE CLEARS COLON The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Ruahine arrived at Panama last Sunday morning and cleared Colon the ißame day in continuation of her voyage to London. She left Auckland with passengers, mail and cargo on August 17. r REMUERA CLEARS PANAMA The New Zealand Shipping Company's Remuera, which left London on August 23, cleared Panama on Saturday afternoon. She is due at Auckland on September 28. p SURREY FOR OPUA Expected to leave New Plymouth tomorrow afternoon, the Federal Line steamer Surrey will berth at Opua on the morning tide on Saturday. She will proceed to Auckland, arriving on Monday, and is scheduled to sail finally for London on September 23. r THE WANGANELLA Wanganella, which sailed from Sydney on Monday night for Auckland, is due on Friday morning. She has 151 passengers and a large cargo. After unloading at Queen's Wharf she will sail again for Sydney on Saturday afternoon. p NIAGARA FOR AUCKLAND The Royal Mail liner Niagara, which arrived at Vancouver on Saturday, sails this morning- for Victoiia, Honolulu, Suva and Auckland, where she is due on September 30. She will sail direct for Sydney on Octo ber 1. SHEAF HOLM DUE TO-DAY The Union Company's chartered motorship Sheaf Holm is due to arrive from Los Angeles at five o'clock this morning. She has cargo from Pacific Coast ports for discharge at Auckland Wellington, Lyttelton, "Dunedin. Melbourne and Sydney. In addition she has a consignments of fruit for Auckland from Rarotonga. ! WARSHIPS' MOVEMENTS After undergoing refitting in. Calliope Dock H.M.S. Dunedin berthed alongside H.M.S. Diomede at the Devonport Naval Base yesterday morning. The two cruisers will sail for th 9 Hauraki Gulf on Monday to carry out gunnery ind torpedo exercises. The sloop Wellington, which, is on her first cruise to th* Islands, arrived at Suva yesterday. She will sail for Auckland on Monday and is due in port on September 21. p MIDDLESEX IN PORT The Federal Line steamer Middlesex arrived from Liverpool etrly yesterday morning. Her voyage was uneventful, fair weather being encountered until nearing the coast, where she met strong westerly winds. She is unloading cargo from West Coast ports of Great Britain at Queen's Wharf and will complete discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She will sail for Wellington on jjMonday. THE GOLDEN STEAMERS The American steamer Golden Cloud nailed from Los Angeles on September 3 and is due to arrive at Auckland on September 29. She will complete discharging at Wellington and .in Australia. The Golden State is still delayed at Vancouver owing to the strike and has been unable to complete loading at Pacific Coast ports.
