I level* teaspoon Salt. 2 level tablespoons Butter. 1 leve teasp n Cayenne 4 level tablespoqns Flour. 2 level tbsps. Grated Cheese. U breakfast cups Liquid (asparagus liquid and milk). METHOD: Open tin asparagus and drain off liquid. Cut asparagus as required. Measure liquid and make up to U cuds with milk. Melt butter—add flour, salt and Pepper. Gradually add liquid, stirring well all the time over a low flame. Lastly add grated cheese. Add cut up asparagus. CREAMED SALMON OR CRAYFISH 1 breakfast cup Flaked Salmon or Crayfish. 2 level tablespoons Butter. 2 tablespoons Salad Dressing. j level teaspoon Salt. 4 level tablespoons Flour. Ij breakfast cups Milk. A pinch Cayenne Pepper. Juice of I Lemon. METHOD: Melt butter—add flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk and lemon juice.
