DEVELOPMENT PLANS TIME NOT OPPORTUNE SYDNEY. Aug. 26 The Minister of the Interior, Mr. T. Patterson, on his return from a tour of the Northern Territory, said he was favourably impressed by the pastoral resources of tho Territory but could see no prospect of increasing the development of the pastoral industry while world prices for beef remained at the present low level.
