FATAL FALL FROM HORSE
PIOPIO FARM HAND'S DEATH [SV TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT! TE KUITI, Monday _ TVe death occurred in the Te Kuiti Hospital this afternoon of Mr. All aß Smith Cullen, aged 22. farm hand, of Piopio, following head injuries received as a result of being thrown from a horse. Mr. Cullen, who was working on Mr. 6. Anselmi's farm at Piopio, was found unconscious with severe head injuriesDeep hoof marks indicated that the horse had galloped down a hill an stopped suddenly, throwing Mr. Cu* len, who died without recovering con " sciousness. He was a son of Mr. aD Mrs, P. S. Cullen, well-known Pi°P i 0 settlers, and was not married.
