GERMANY'S FINANCES
BERLIN, Aug. 23 The Gorman Government is issuing 500,000,000 marks' worth of per cent Treasury bills, maturing in 1945 at 9S|. A further 500,000,000 marks will be raised through loans placed with the savings banks at 98J.
