PRACTICAL SCHOOLING

A novel experiment is being made bv the Employment Committee of the Duncdin Vocational Guidance Association in offering to boys attending trade classes at the local lechnical College a taste of everyday workshop life. With the co-operation of Duncdin employers, the association is arranging for" two weeks' work during the terms holidays, and although the wage is small, the practical experience gained should be useful when the young learners return to school.
