depressed over summons TRAGEDY AT KAPONGA [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] H AWES A, Thursday The tragic story of a youth, aged 18, who took his life rather than appear in Court to answer a charge of being found on licensed premises after hours, was revealed at Kaponga this morning at the inquest concerning the death of Kenneth Victor Harding. He was found in a whare on Sunday night with severe head wounds and a shotgun between his knees. The summons to appear in Court to answer the charge was served on Sat-
urday. The coroner's verdict was that Harding committed suicide while mentally depressed owing to a pending Court case.
