NIAGARA DELAYED
LARGE AMOUNT OF CARGO DEPARTURE THIS MORNING Owing to the large amount of cargo being loaded by the Royal Mail liner Niagara she did not sail for Vancouver last night as was intended. Cargo work was carried out until midnight, when the vessel's departure was postponed until 10 o'clock this morning.
