BOY CHARGED WITH MURDER CAPETOWN. Aug. 11 A native boy, aged six, has been charged with murder at Ladysmith. but pending the "inquest he is in the custody of his parents, as he is too 3 oung for the Court to have any jurisdiction. He was herding cattle and threw a stone which hit another herder and fatally fractured the man's skull.
