IYESTEKDAY'S BUSINESS FIJI GOLD SHARES SOUGHT (Heceived August '2O, 8.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 20 On the Sydney Stock Exchange to-day some of the more active industrial shares eased, while Rains were recorded in some of the more infrequently traded issues. Fiji gold concerns attracted attention.

The dividend for the year ended Juno 30, 1931, was 10 per cent. MASON, STRUTHEItS AND CO. A further improvement in the financial position of the companv is reported in the 32nd annual report of the directors of Mason, Struthers and Company, Limited, which recommends the payment of a dividend of 3 per cent, against 2J per cent in the previous year. The balance to tho credit of the profit and loss account for the year ended June 30 is given at £3817, while it had been possible to rcpav the halance of the mortgage, namely, £5300. During the year there had been a steady increase in sales turnover.
