The dividend for the year ended Juno 30, 1931, was 10 per cent. MASON, STRUTHEItS AND CO. A further improvement in the financial position of the companv is reported in the 32nd annual report of the directors of Mason, Struthers and Company, Limited, which recommends the payment of a dividend of 3 per cent, against 2J per cent in the previous year. The balance to tho credit of the profit and loss account for the year ended June 30 is given at £3817, while it had been possible to rcpav the halance of the mortgage, namely, £5300.
