UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
HUSBAND GRANTED DECREE A decree nisi was granted by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday to Gordon Edward Duncan (Mr. Matthews) against Doris Elizabeth Duncan. The ground of the petition was an allegation that the iespondent was living in adultery with the co-respondent, William Short, at. Ohura. Petitioner said they were married in April, 1924, in Auckland, and afterwards lived at Huapai. They had one child. Short had been a boarder with them at Huapai, and his wife and Short left the home in March, 1933. Evidence of admissions by the respondent and co-respondent was put in.
