IYA STUDIO ORCHESTRA
Sir, —"Living In Ho[>e" in Friday's Hkcald made a good suggestion when lie mentioned giving the best of our local artists a larger share in the programmes of the broadcasting stations. Besides being a pleasant change from recorded items, it would be a wonderful stimulus to New Zealand talent. It has been a revelation, after listening in to some broadcast concerts and community sings, how good our own musicians, singer? and comedians really are, and how favourably they compare with those from overseas.
