THEFT OF BICYCLE
SEAMAN SENT TO PRISON " You liavo not been long out of •prison, yet you commit this sort of ofl'enco," remarked Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday, when Ludwig -Sigurd Larson, seaman, aged 40, admitted stealing a bicycle, valued at £5, the property of Eric Mullano. After police evidence had been given that accused was apprehended by a detective while attempting to sell the bicycle to a dealer, the magistrate imposed a sentence of three months' imprisonment.
