YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is a list of yesterday's transactions on New Zealand Stock Exchanges and tho return from investment at the quoted price. The exchange premium on dividends payable in sterling is included in the calculation of returns. The yield on 4 per cent Government loans includes redemption and that on 8$ per cent loans is for interest alone and covers only the period for which the loans aro tax-free. In the case of the Auckland Exchange the variation in sale price (rise+, fall-, or unchanged—) is included: — AUCKLAND EXCHANGE

* • THE MINING MARKET MOUNT MORGANS EASIER WAIHIS SELL AT 36s 6d , Mount Morgans fell Is 3d in two sales at 41s 3d in the mining market on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday. Waihis were 6d firmer in business at 36s 6tl, but later offers eased 3d' to 36s 3d. Golden Crowns were 3d better on sale at Bs.
