CHARGES OF THEFT
TWO MEN REMANDED Two men appeared in the Police Court before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M.> on Saturday morning, on charges of theft. A carpenter, Roland Leslie Rush, aged 24. was charged with stealirt{£ at Auckland on June 24 a motor-car tail-light and two aluminium steps, or a total value of £2 10s. the proper y of Samuel Jowett. Accused was remanded until to-morrow, bad ot being allowed. , A charge of stealing at Auckland August 16 three pairs of trousers, oi a total value of £2 ISs 6d, was preferred against Frank Morton, aged <i a fireman. A remand until Tuursua. was granted.
