CHATHAM ISLANDS VOTES LABOUR MAJORITY REDUCED [by TELEGRAPH' —PRESS association] CHRISTCHURCH. Suuday Owing to an oversight • the votes recorded at tho Chatham Islands were omitted from the declaration of the Lyttelton by-election result, made on Monday night.
