THEFT OF GLOVES

ACCUSED SENT TO PRISON [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday The theft of a pair of woollen gloves was admitted by Alexander McGregor, aged 50, before justices in the Hamilton Police Court yesterday. Sergeant T. Kelly said accused took the gloves from a sent in n hotel bar. He had made his 25th appearance in Court and had 11 previous convictions for theft. A sentence of three months' imprisonment was imposed.
