WAIKATO DAIRY COMPANIES CO-ORDINATION DISCUSSIONS [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday Suggestions for a greater degree of co-ordination between dairy companies with a view to preventing overlapping of territories from which cream suj>plies are drawn, were discussed by members of the Executive Commission of Agriculture and representatives of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, and the Waikato Valley Dairy Company, Limited, at a meeting in Hamilton. The discussion was conducted in a. spirit of conciliation. and some progress was made.
A visit was paid to Raglan yesterday by members of the commission, who inspected the local dairy factory. The question of converting the Oparau district from dairying to sheep-raising is under consideration.
The members of the commission later left for Auckland.
