GHANGES CONTEMPLATED LESSONS OF ACCIDENTS LONDON, July 18 The Daily Telegraph's Amsterdam correspondent says that as the result of the crash of the Fokker air liner F XXXVI., all the machines of that type have been withdrawn temporarily. The K.L.M. service will instal a new fool-proof petrol-feed system. Questions were asked in the Dutch Parliament as to whether the company was working the pilots too hard, thus contributing to the recent crashes.
