STAINED BY GREASE
Leather handbags often develop unsightly grease spots which usually prove rather difficult to remove entirely. Tho best method for removing grease spots of this kind is to sponge them lightly with ammonia. The stains will yield quickly to this treatment. If the surface of the handbag has become dull polish it with a little white of egg. Uso a soft piece of silk or velvet for polishing, and the leather will respond well to tho treatment.
