THE PENWOMEN'S CLUB
The president. Mrs. Carr Rollett, presided at the Friday afternoon social gathering of the club. Proceedings opened with a song by Miss Edna Craig entitled " Brown Bird Singing." The speaker was Mrs. A. Wilson Wilson, whose interesting address " The New Zealand Press (old and new) " was much appreciated.
