EXTENSIVE CRUISE
SOUTH SEA ISLANDS H.M.S. WELLINGTON'S ITINERARY On her first cruise to the South Sea Islands H.M.S. Wellington, commanded by Commander J. B. E. Hall, will leave port this morning. The warship will be absent for over two months and during that period she will visit Vila, Hog Harbour, Nauru Island, Ocean Island, Tarawa, Gardner Island, Hull Island, Sydney Island, Funafuti, Rotumah, Lautoka and Suva in that order. She is scheduled to return to Auckland on September 21. The other three New Zealand warships Dunedin, Diomede and Leith are now visiting the South Sea Islands. The Diomede is scheduled to return to Auckland on August 23, the Dunedin on August 30 and the Leith on Septembcr 21.
