RUNAWAY HORSE
CRASH INTO MOTOR-CAR [by TELEGRAPH —OWN correspondent] TAURANGA, Saturday A horse, which had been attached to a set of discs in a Chinese garden, received a fright while being unharnessed find bolted through a fence on to the road, where it crashed into a car, smashing the mudguards and windscreen. The driver of the vehicle, Mr. H. W. Papps, escaped injury, but the horse continued on to Cameron Road and eventually was caught at Gate Pa. The animal was unharmed.
