July 6 The Daily Telegraph's Vienna correspondent says it is reported that I the Austrian Government is ready ; to make the Hapsburgs an annual j allowance of X 18,000 in addition to ! restoring their property. A message from Paris states that j t lie unrelaxing opposition of the I Little Entente to the restoration of I the Hapsburgs was voiced by the Yugoslav Minister, M. SpalaikoI vitch, in the course of conversations with M. Laval. 1 It is understood that the French Govi eminent considers that the latest measure is Austria's private affair and I that it does not necessitate diplomatic action. Nevertheless it is considered untimely because it threatens to create lan atmosphere in Central Kurope which is not calculated to facilitate the conclusion of the projected Danuhian , Pact.
