DIXIELAND CABARET
Among the very large number of patrons present at Dixieland on Saturdav night were the cast of " A Runaway Girl." the Auckland Amateur Operatic Society's recent production. The sparkling choruses sung during the dance intervals and the singing of many of the well-known dance tunes by these artists added greatly to the enjoyment of the evening. The New Internationals, under the conduetorship of Mr. N. Yolk net - , were extremely popular and responded freely to the numerous encores.
