COMMUNITY SUNSHINE
A successful dance, organised by the president of the Grey Lynn branch, of the Community Sunshine Association, Mrs. Hynes, was held in the Gaiety Hall recently in aid of the association's funds. Mrs. 0. Goldie's orchestra supplied excellent dance music. Items, which were much appreciated, were rendered by tho following:—lnternational Novelty Quarette, part songs and solos, songs by Miss Verlaine Hynes, elocution by Miss Phyllis Moore, tap dance by Doreen Heath, instrumental trio ' by Mesdames Probert, Goldie and Simmonds. Later supper was served. Mesdames Sexton, McKendrick and Mr. Cramincnd were present on behalf of the association.
