FURTHER CHARGES PENDING " The accused have been working togother as a gang, and furtlier counts are to be laid against them," said Detec-tive-Sergeant McHngh in the Police Court on Saturday, when three youths njul a young man were charged beforo Mr. W. It. McKean, S.M. Three of the accused, Alvin Henry Wilson, aged IT (Mr. Terry), Huia Anznc Oglesby, aged 17 (Mr Aekins) and James Frederick Nicholas Canghey, aged 19, were charged with unlawfully converting motor-cars to their own use. The fourth accused, Arthur Francis Kavanagh, aged 22, was charged with 2s lid from Oglesby, knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained. Thf accused were remanded for a week, an application for the suppression of Wilson's name being refused.
