DISCOLOURED NECK
The following lotion will be found most valuable for bleaching the skin, toning the tissues, and helping to restore a discoloured throat to its milky loveliness:—Triple rosewater, 30z.; peroxide of hydrogen (20 vols.), 20z.; glycerine, ]oz.; witch-hazel, loz. This lotion should be kept in a dark bottle so that it will not lose its bleaching properties. It should be dabbed all over the throat and neck with a pad of cotton-wool, repeating until the skin fee's cool, tone.' :itid refreshed.
