HOUSE INSIDE A HOUSE
A modern house, with a lounge and dining room 011 the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, lias been buiJt inside another house in Vauxhall, London. Once the building consisted of two ordinary flats. Now it is a " show " homo of Davis Estates. Nearly 400 tons—the weight of the building above, had to be held up while the house was being built. People lived in the flats on the upper floors all the time and the " house, within a house " was completed in fifteen weeks.
