WINTER SKATING
FROSTS AT ASHBURTON MANY ENTHUSIASTS OUT r ■ ■■■ * For the first time in three years, dkating has been possible on tho ponds in the Domain. The sharp frosts of last week covered a stretch of nearly 100 yards on one of the ponds and several of the smaller ponds have also a coating of ice. During last weekend many enthusiasts were out with their skates, and it is thought that if the frosts continue through this week many more residents will take advantage of a skating rink so close to their homes.
