LEADERS OF Y.M.C.A.
VISIT NEXT FRIDAY Two vice-presidents of the English National Council of Young Men's Christian Association, Mr. J. J. Virgo and Mr. F. Derry, will arrive in Auckland on Friday from Wellington in the course of a world tour. They will be tendered a reception at the Y.M.C.A. on Friday evening and will leave the next day for America. Mr. Virgo was for many years secretary of the Adelaide Y.M.C.A.. and later of the Sydney Y.M.C.A., and then was for 10 years secretary of the London Central organisation. He is also a representative of the world's committee of Young Men's Christian Associations. He visited Auckland in the course of a previous world tour about five years ago.
