LAWYERS CHARGED
FEES FROM KIDNAPPERS NEW YORK. June 12 The Federal authorities are trying not only to eliminate kidnappers, but to penalise lawyers who defend them. Two Oklahoma attorneys, Messrs. Laska and Mathers, are charged with participation in accepting £2OOO in fees, knowing that the money was a portion of £40,000 which Harvey Bailey and " Machine Gun " Kelly obtained for the release of Mr. Charles Urschel. Five kidnappers in this case already have been sentenced to imprisonment for life. f *
