DANCE AT NURSES' HOME The large reception room in the nurses' home at the Waikato Hospital, with its cheerfully-burning fires, soft lighting and pretty floral decorations, was the scene of another successful dance organised by the nurses and held on Tuesday evening. Supper was served in the dining room, the tables having been decorated with lighted caudles and Iceland poppies. Miss Menzies, the lady superintendent, who welcomed the guests, wore a frock of turquoise blue velvet with red trimmings. Sister Jenkins, submatron, was wearing Marina blue velvet. Each carried a posy of violets presented by the nurses. Those present were: —Mrs, M. M. Hockin. wife of the superintendent, wearing black georgette; Mrs. Gordon Smith, turquoise blue velvet; Mrs. R.
