COLLISION WITH LORRY
CAR DRIVER IN HOSPITAL [IJY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT | O POT IK I. Thursday A radio salesman, Mri W. M. Baker, was admitted to the Opotiki Hospital last night suffering from cuts on the face suffered when the small car he was driving collided with a stationary lorry in Church Street, Opotiki. A passenger in the car, Mr. S. Shalfoon jun., also suffered minor cuts, but was able to go homo The car was damaged extensively in front, the radiator being crushed, and the windscreen smashed. The occupants woro injured ly flying glass.
