DOMINIONS PORTFOLIO POSSIBILITY OF CHANGE LONDON, May 24 The Sun-Herald news service -savs it is now possible that Mr. J. H. Thomas will leave the Dominions Office when the Cabinet is reconstructed. It is believed that Lord Halifax has been sounded as to taking over Mr. Thomas' office. Lord Halifax was desirous of retiring after his arduous term as Viceroy of India, followed by his term as Minister of Education, but it is understood that he may remain if the Dominions Office is vacant.
