CONFERENCE ENDS AGREEMENT REACHED VITAL POINTS DISCUSSED REARMAMENT QUESTION By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright FLORENCE. May 12 It is officially stated that complete agreement was reached at the conference between the Italian Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, and Dr. Schuschnigg, Austrian Chancellor. It is understood that the two statesmen examined the questions of maintaining the Austrian Government in power, the menace of Nazi propaganda, the restoration of the Austrian monarchy, and a formula regarding non-interference in Austria, for presentation to the Danubian Conference. The problem of reconciling the points of view of Hungary and the Little Entente regarding the rearmament of Austria, Hungary and Bulgaria was also examined.
