FEARS FOR FUTURE FOREIGN FUNDS FOR LONDON (Received May 13, 8.25 p.m.) LONDON, May 13 Fears for the future of the gold bloc again are leading to a steady flow of foreign funds to London for safe-keep-ing, and the weekly offering of Treasury bills is swollen by foreign tenders. The movement is reflected by further gold withdrawals from the Continent, the French and Swiss banks recording substantial losses.
