Notice is hereby given that at a Meeting of the Auckland Metropolitan Milk Council. held on the 10th day of May, 1935, the following resolution was passed to come into force on the 27th day of May, 1935. That the Retaliations relating to delivery of milk passed by the Council on the 34th day of December, 1934, be amended: 1. By deleting therefrom Clause 3 und by substituting the following: 3. No Milk Vendor shall sell, deliver or have in his possession milk contained in any bottle which bears the name or distinguishing mark of any other milk vendor not. being the person who shall have placed or caused to be placed in such bottle the milk contained therein and supplied same to the first-mentioned milk vendor. { A copy of the said . resolution may be in- | spected during office hours at the Office of ihe Council, and printed copies thereof may be obtained on payment of threepence per copy.
