SCHEME FOR COHESION A PERMANENT COMMISSION LONDON. May 1 At the instance of tlie Birmingham delegation, the Association of British Chambers of Commerce at its annual meeting unanimously passed a resolution that the full benefit of Empire economic cohesion ivould be facilitated the creation in London of a permanent preparatory commission. this there should bo full Dominion representation. . The commission should study the interlocking interests of industry and agriculture and overcome difficulties in the practical application of the Ottawa agreements.
