SENIOR GRADE COMPETITION FAST CONTESTS ANTICIPATED PONSONBY TO PLAY OLD BOYS In view of the promising displays given by the teams in the firsij series of matches in the senior Soccer championship, keen interest will centre in . to-morrow's games. Tie teams should lmve profited by the match practice received last week, and the various sides should be in good form. The principal match of the series to be played at Blandford Park will be between Ponsonby and Mount Albeit Grammar Old Coys. Both teams registered a win in their first matches, although Pcasonby, on its showing against Thistle, will probably place the stronger team in the field. Mount Albert Old Boys plays a mixture of vigorous ami scientific footb?,ll, however, and should prove capable of forcing a close decision with .its opponents.
