BILLIARD SALOON INCIDENT [KKOM OtTK OWN COHRIvSPONDKNT] PUKEKOHK Wednesday As the result of an affray in a Pukekohe billiard saloon Hagbard Hinge, a Danish farm labourer, of Pukekohe, appeared in the Pukekohe Police Court yesterday on charges of assault on a billiard marker, obscene language and wilful damage by breaking u billiard cue. He pleaded not guilty to the obscene language charge, which was adjourned until May 28, and guiltv to the other charges!. Sergeant .J. T. Cowan said accused entered the saloon f.nd, after striking the marker and smashing a cue, walked out. Accused was convicted and fined £1 on both charges.
