SECOND SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO CHARITIES [bt telegraph—oW>- correspondent] NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday The trustees of the New Plymouth Savings Bank, at the annual meeting this morning, voted £3OO for a second scholarship, tenable for five years, at the New Plymouth Boys' High School.
