BOLD ROBBERY
JEWELLER'S WINDOW BROKEN WATCHES WORTH £20() STOLEN [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday A bold robbery was committed early this morning, when v the plate-glass window of Lauchla'ns, Limited, jewellers, Woodward Street, was smashed and watches valued about £2OO stolen, The window was broken by throwing a heavy spartrier through it. The thieves were apparently interrupted at their work as a number olf gold watches were not taken.
